If an unacceptable product does slip past our critical eyes, we always do our best to replace or repair the product in a timely manner. Most problems in our industry relate to the inconsistency of wood colors and textures. Therefore, it is very important that the client and supplier work closely in the beginning and have an understanding of what will be supplied. Although it can be a time consuming process, the approval of samples and drawings is a very important part of the overall process.
